Why am I seeing ads even though I am a VIP Member?
First of all, thank you for supporting our app by purchasing the VIP Membership! We understand how frustrating it can be to still see ads or not have all VIP features unlocked right away. Here is what is usually happening and how to fix it.
Case A: Delayed VIP Activation
VIP membership usually activates instantly, but in rare cases it may take a few minutes — or sometimes a few hours — for Google Play to confirm your purchase.
What to do:
- Wait a few minutes and restart the app
- Make sure you have an active internet connection
- If the problem continues after a few hours, contact us at pgappstudio@gmail.com with your Order ID
Case B: VIP Loss After Reinstalling
If you reinstalled the app using a different Google account than the one you used to make the original purchase, the membership may not be recognized.
What to do:
- Back up your data first (Settings → Song Management → Backup & Restore)
- Uninstall the app
- Log into the Google account you used to purchase VIP
- Reinstall the app from that account
- If your device has multiple Google accounts, temporarily signing out of the others can help
Case C: Unresolved Issues
If neither of the above applies and you are still experiencing problems, please email us at pgappstudio@gmail.com with your Order ID. We will manually verify your purchase and restore your VIP access.
